Tax Time

It is almost April Fifteenth again. Tax Time. I actually filed early this year, I mailed them last week. For me that is earlier. I had to pay, it was painful. Death and taxes, an old phrase but it is true that both will get you sooner or later. Writing that check hurt my feelings but I kind of knew it would be the case. So now I am really poor, so much for savings. I filed separate this year, I did not want to be responsible for my soon to be ex husband's tax bill also. It was the best thing for me and I don't think he would want to be responsible for mine either. My CPA said the IRS goes for the deepest pockets when there is a problem with someone not paying. My pockets are empty.
